Find: Umber Yoga
I said I was going to sign up for yoga a long time ago so I finally did. I’m on my second week. Today one of my classmates asked me how many times a week I’ve been coming and I said 4 times very proudly! Yoga is not the easiest task starting out and no one ever told me that lol but I’m on my second week and I already feel a little better about it. I’m two weeks down and a lifetime to go……prayerfully.
But let’s shift gears here because I’m not here to write about why I like yoga. I’m here to write about a quaint yoga studio that I like.
After several hours of searching for yoga studios that would not break the bank (because they can be costly) I stumbled upon Umber Yoga. The reason why I didn’t want to pay a ton of money is because I could not convince myself to pay for a gym membership and a yoga membership and all these races I run throughout the year and a tidal subscription and a Netflix subscription and brunch with my woes. You feel me? So I worked this $49 monthly unlimited subscription into my schedule. Yes you heard me $49 USD. SURPRISING RIGHT!? The only downfall that some of you may not like is that Monday through Thursday classes are only offered during the evenings and on Saturday there is one class in the morning. There are no classes on Friday or Sunday. This worked for my schedule because I like to lift or run in the mornings. If this works for you, you may like it too.
So far I’ve taken classes with Joan and Jennifer and they are awesome. It’s easy to learn from them and this is the first class I’ve been to where I didn’t feel intimidated at all.
As I said before Umber Yoga is located in a quaint studio, the studio smells like essential oils, and it is budget friendly. Visit Umber Yoga today and I promise you won’t be disappointed! Or you can go somewhere else and pay $150 per month and then adopt me. Lol. No judgement I promise. Get in where you fit in.
