Tart cherry juice

Dried cherries, unsweetened

Candice’s Cherry Kombucha Cooler

1 cup frozen cherries

1 cup kombucha

Honey to taste

Juice of ½ a lemon


Blend well and sip on this.  You'll be out like a light in no time.  Nite.
