This familiar Pinterest gem has been calling me out lately.

 

 

So, one day when I was about to skip my workout altogether for a business dinner while abroad (after vowing to get in top shape…again), I remembered the meme.

 

I decided instead to get in as many revolutions of my 5 fave kettlebell exercises as I could in 15-20 mins, completing 1 rotation of all 5 moves and then resting for just 1 minute in between.  After all, something had to be better than nothing, right? 

 

This “mini” workout seriously produced one of the top 10 highest quantity sweat excretions of my life.  And my entire body was WERKED at the end, ya hear me?  Mini my ass.

 

I’ll never again underestimate the power of a brief workout done well. 

 

Try it yourself and holler at me when you get up from the floor.  See Exhibit A below...yea, that's me.  Done.

 

Quick Kettlebell Burnout

 

Instructions

Start a stopwatch.  Do each exercise for 1 minute.

Complete 1 circuit of all 6 exercises without rest.

After completing the circuit, rest for 1 minute and then start over.

Complete the circuit at least twice for a total of 14 mins.

If you're game or have time, then go for one more round!
